One of her beliefs is staying true to herself despite other people's opinions. What's important to her is being able to know the life she wants and deserves by trusting herself and the purpose she lives for. Ms. Sayson is a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Velez College. She has been working with Cebudoc for more than 2 years. She is currently the section head of Molecular Laboratory and was also recognized for her exemplary behavior for putting the patient's need first and for being one of the first volunteers to cater to COVID-19 patients. Aside from being committed to her job, she also enjoys drawing, painting, reading, swimming, and traveling.

Mr. Jhinbirdg Earl de Guzman joined CebuDoc Group last April 2016, he shares that working at CDG for the past four years enabled him to reach his untapped potential as a Professional Nurse. He enjoys making a good practice of his nursing skills while providing holistic care to his patients. Mr. de Guzman believes that the healthcare providers in CebuDoc Group are well-equipped with the knowledge and expertise to overcome this pandemic that they're facing right now. He also believes in the saying "Victory won’t just fall in your lap. It’s something I’ve learned through my victories and losses.” of Tadokoro Jin in Manga because you've got to grind it out through joyful and tumultuous moments to be a better person, everything in this is not served on a silver platter. He is well-known and treasured by her colleagues, patients, and staff. Mr. de Guzman enjoys the many years he has worked at SouthGen and hopes to have many more years at the RICU and ICU. Outside of work, he likes to go hiking, play basketball, and cycling.

Vilma A. Ortega
Medical Records Unit Head
Mrs. Vilma A. Ortega studied Health Aid at the University of the Visayas. She joined CebuDoc as a Nursing Aid in 1979, eventually became a ward clerk in 1982 to be trained by the Nursing Director back then. She holds an Accounting degree and some units for a Masters Degree at the University of San Jose Recoletos. Mrs. Ortega progressively acquired new skills and increased responsibilities which led to her several promotions through the years. She is now the Head of the Medical Records Unit. She shared that she is blessed and happy to be a part of CebuDoc Group which is continuously growing. Mrs. Ortega is dedicated to her job, loyal to her colleagues, and diligent in her work. In her 40 years in service, learning and professional growth will not stop. With a warm and engaging working environment in CebuDoc, she enjoys working with her team, with other departments or section heads. She appreciates the friendship that she has with her colleagues, the care and concern for one another are pure and genuine. Outside of work, Mrs. Ortega is active in religious activities.
